Tchouameni Anthony and Lewi feature in Man United news of the day

Aurelien Tchouameni addresses rumours – Man United get green light to sign Anthony – Robert Lewandowksi message sent in Manchester United news of the day…

Man United have been given the green light to sign Ajax winger Antony in the summer transfer window

It is no secret that Man United are just one of a number of clubs that are very interested in trying to secure the services of the talented young man, and are reportedly planning a summer offer

Erik Ten Hag is a man that is on his way to Manchester to become the new boss, and it has been claimed that he wants to make sure that Anthony will be the first signing for the club

Antony, 22, has established himself as a Brazil international since joining Ajax and the Sun say that the Dutch giants will accept a fee of around £50m to let him go this summer.

Anthony recently opened up and admitted that he would like to test himself in the Premier League, he told IcFootballnews View…

The lad has a very big future in the game and is making all the right noises, but to become world class, he needs to make the right career choices.

And right now, Man United could be a very good option for him to make

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich CEO Oliver Kahn stressed that contract negotiations with Man United target Robert Lewandowski are not “like an online manager game”

Lewandowski is regarded as one of the finest, most dangerous and most talented finishers of his generation and there is a massive feeling out there that he should have won the Bllon D’or last season for his record-breaking season, and not Lionel Messi

But he has been in the transfer headlines alot over the past few weeks as there has been alot of speculation in the media that he could leave the club, as his contract is out next summer and he has not agreed anything.

But amid all the speculation, Kahn says that the two sides have a lot of negotiating to do before anything is finalised: “As of today, Robert has a contract with us for next season,” Kahn told Sport1. “We are in contact with Robert and want him to stay at Bayern for as long as possible.

“Apparently, some believe that such talks and contract negotiations are just like an online manager game, where I click on something and he then extends his contract. You also have to look at the situation of the players.

“Players who have performed well at this club for many years are outstanding. Robert became a world-class footballer with us. Robert is a player who has the potential to score 30-40 goals every year. Of course, at some point, players like this get the idea that ‘I’ve achieved everything here and won everything’.

“Then it takes time to convince him to stay here.

“Let’s look at the examples of players who changed clubs. What do we identify Ronaldo with? For his time at Real Madrid. What do we identify Messi with? For his time at Barcelona. It’s the same with Robert.

“And by the way, such conversations also deal with financial matters. We all know that we have two very difficult years behind us. As a club, you have to think about how you can still manage all of this in the current situation because FC Bayern has also suffered from these last two years.

“We decide when FC Bayern will start contract talks. We know very well what we owe to this player. It’s also about having a respectful exchange with the player. We don’t let anyone put us under pressure.”

And Finally, Man United target Aurelien Tchouameni is not thinking about all the speculation linking him with a move away from Monaco in the summer window

The Monaco star is one of the brightest prospects in world football and this summer it has been continuously claimed that he is one player that incoming boss Erik Ten Hag would like to add to his squad.

But despite all the speculation, Tchouameni isn’t taking any notice of the speculation with his sole focus on Monaco who he insists is a “great” club.

He told Monaco’s official website: “When I start something, I try to be the best I can be. I aspire to be one of the best players in Europe in my position. So I work every day to achieve this goal. This involves working at home or at the club, apart from the team’s training sessions.

“We are lucky here at AS Monaco to have very good infrastructure with the performance center, which allows us all to optimize our training. For example, I’m just coming out of a core training session with the club’s physical trainer.

“These are things I try to do regularly, especially for injury prevention. Today I am getting through matches without having any physical issues, so that means that I am working well on the side, with the physiotherapists, and the staff, in particular to avoid muscular problems.

“At home I also have a gym, and I sometimes put in a few more sessions, like last night, always under the direction of the team’s staff.

“Monaco are a very big French club with a wonderful history! Very great players have played here.. When I was at Bordeaux and heard of the club’s interest in me, I did not hesitate for a second to come here. I knew it could help me progress, with top facilities, and being a top project for young players.

“So today I am very happy to be part of this great club.”

Salah admits that he will stay at Liverpool this summer

Published

Mohamed Salah has ruled out a summer transfer away from Liverpool, insisting he will stay at Anfield “next season for sure.”

The Egyptian’s current deal expires in 2023, but the club and Salah are yet to reach an agreement over new terms, as they reportedly simply cannot agree on the length and amount of the deal

That has led to many top clubs keeping a very close eye on the situation with the superstar, and are ready to swoop in at the end of the season and offer him a way out of Anfield.

But Salah has dropped a massive bombshell to potential clubs looking at a possible deal this transfer window – after admitted that he will not be leaving Liverpool this coming summer.

Speaking at a press conference ahead of Saturday’s Champions League final in Paris, Salah was asked about the speculation surrounding his future – He told reporters: “I don’t want to be selfish.

“I’m just focused with the team, really. I don’t want to talk about the contract. We have a long time. I’m staying next season for sure. That’s clear. I’m staying next season. Let’s see after that.”

We could never see Salah leaving the club at the end of the current season – it would be a massive mistake – and the wrong time to leave

This Liverpool side is probably the best in Europe right now – so as we said – it would be a mistake for him to leave

But despite the fact he has said that he will be staying this summer – it looks like his team-mate Sadio Mane could be the first big player to depart the club when the transfer window opens up.

PSG will sell Man United

It has again been revealed that PSG will listen to offers from the likes of Chelsea and Man United for the services of Brazilian superstar Neymar.

The transfer window is just a few weeks – and already we have seen the biggest clubs start making moves to get players signed up to new deals – and new stars signed.

PSG have already done the biggest deal of the transfer window by offering Kylian Mbappe a staggering £1 million-a-week contract and a £100 million signing on fee to keep him at the club.

And that deal means that the French giants may need to make a bit of money on order to stick to the financial fair play rules – and one of the clubs biggest stars will now be on the market

GOAL have claimed that PSG will be open to offers that match their valuation of Neymar when the transfer market reopens – believed to be around the £100M mark

There are individuals within the club that feel the 30-year-old has been in gradual decline ever since his initial arrival in Paris and, as well as his consistent struggles with injury, his attitude has also been questioned.

That has led to suggestions that both Chelsea and Man United are ready to swoop in and offer him a move to the Premier League – as they both seek to make that massive statement signing

IcFootballnews View…

Is Neymar a goal-machine? Yes he is.. he is one of the best players in the world? Yes he is – can he use his tricks and skills to get past players? Yes he can

However, PSG are obviously selling him for a reason and if the offer does come in – Chelsea and Man United could snap him up

Can we see him coming to the Premier League and being a success?? No we cannot as he is at the stage of his career that he does no longer care about being the best player in the world

But it will be interesting to see where he ends up

James encourages Liverpool to sign Lewandowski

Published

Jurgen Klopp has been encouraged to hand Bayern Munich superstar Robert Lewandowski a move to Liverpool this summer

Lewandowski has hit the headlines this month after revealing that he does not want to stay at Bayern Munich any longer and wants to test himself outside of the Bundesliga.

That has led to so much speculation about his long-term future – but with Liverpool also looking to sign a new striker in the coming window – there has been some rumours that they may be interested in a short-term deal.

And ex-star David James is prepared to admit that any chance to acquire a two-time FIFA Best Award winner – would be difficult to pass up for Liverpool and they should offer him a move to Anfield

Quizzed on whether Lewandowski would be a shrewd addition to Liverpool’s star-studded ranks, James told GOAL: “This guy is incredible. His goal spread in regards to home and away is nearly equal. He doesn’t mind where he is, he will score goals.

“The thing with Haaland is that only five games has he scored one goal, the rest of the time he has scored two or three. He is like buses, they come in multiples, whereas Lewandowski doesn’t care – he will score more than half as single goals in games.

“Lewandowski, with this guy, he just scores. He doesn’t need to score three, he will always get one. You know you are going to concede. It’s the mindset of the opposition.

“Lewandowski for a season? I would buy him. He might cost a few quid, but for a season it might be worth the expense. For however many years now he guarantees goals. If it was that easy at Bayern, then everyone else would be scoring 40 goals.”

IcFootballnews View…

We are sure that Lewandowski would love to make that move to Liverpool – he would be a brilliant signing

But can we see the Reds giving him £600,000-a-week at this stage of his career? they are surely far too smart for that

IcFootballnews View…

The French superstar is undoubtedly football’s hottest property, as he is still just 23-years-old and arguably the best player in the world at present, so it is easy to see why Madrid are so keen

But we believe that if Liverpool really wanted him – then they would offer him the kind of money he wants.
