Chelsea are concerned to pay wage bills

Chelsea News: The refinement of Government sanctions was to help Chelsea finish the season. However, Chelsea is concerned that they may not be able to pay their bills.

They are worried they may be forced into administration if further modifications are not made. Chelsea’s monthly salary cost is over £28 million, and players and staff will be paid on April 1.

While there are reserves to pay players next month, Chelsea’s only sources of cash at the moment are Premier League broadcasting revenues. They also have the prize money from UEFA and the FA for progressing through their respective cup tournaments.

As the upheaval engulfing Chelsea continued, Hyundai became the latest sponsor to halt their marketing efforts with the club. And the Premier League banned owner Roman Abramovich as a club director.

Chelsea News: Unrest within the club and its players under the new ownership

Chelsea News: Roman Abramovich’s sanctions continue, Chelsea authorities fighting to escape administration and a nine-point punishment, with a wage bill of £28 million due on April 1

Manager Thomas Tuchel has been emphasizing to players the importance of focusing on what they can control on the field. However, there is a sense of bewilderment in the dressing room.

Unfortunately, players are unsure of their own futures and the club’s future under new ownership. Chelsea is still unable to sell unsold tickets for upcoming games.

This will be critical for generating sufficient cash flow, and might even endanger them to go into the red. The club will be in grave danger unless the Government relents.

The government has no wish to put the club into administration

Chelsea News: The government is expected to revisit the request early next week. They insisted that they have no wish to put the club into administration.

The Raine Group, a merchant bank, is seeking bids for potential purchasers, and both parties are focused on a quick transaction. The government will change the license terms again to allow a sale. Nonetheless, they are willing to engage with Raine Group and approve their chosen bidder.

According to close sources to the owner, Abramovich will not obstruct a sale. The government will ultimately decide where the cash goes under the provisions of the sanctions.

Will Chelsea be able to pay their bills before the due date?

Since the invasion of Ukraine, none of Roman Abramovich’s senior lieutenants on the Chelsea board have spoken in public. Government sanctions on Abramovich have already limited the club’s ability to pay employees. Additionally, they have imposed a £500,000 restriction on the cost of staging a game at Stamford Bridge. The £900,000 cap has now been lifted.

Contractors and temporary workers have also been added to the list of employees who can pay. This will make it easier for Chelsea to organize home games and pay expenses to academy players and parents.

However, there is no increase in the amount the club is permitted to spend on transport to games, which stays at £20,000. Barclaycard banned Chelsea’s corporate credit card account last week.

They wanted to see if they were breaking any restrictions by offering a service. However, Chelsea is optimistic that things will get back to normal at the earliest.

Kounde – Dembele – Tuchel feature in Chelsea news of the day

Dembele is tempted my a move away from Barcelona – Chelsea have Kounde agreement – Tuchel admits duo will be at Chelsea in Chelsea news of the day…

It has been claimed that Jules Kounde now has a verbal agreement to join Chelsea in the coming transfer window

Thomas Tuchel is in desperate need of defensive reinforcements after it became apparent that both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen are intending to leave the club for Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively.

The 23-year-old Kounde has been a long-term target of the London club, and will be a statement of intent from new owner Ted Boehly, who has indicted that significant funds will be available.

A deal for the French defender – equally comfortable at right-back or centre-half – is expected to cost the Blues in the region of £60million, and will go through as soon as the club’s takeover is completed

Now – goal have reported that a move has edged just a little bit closer as The 23-year-old now has a verbal agreement in place for a move this summer and wants a move to Stamford Bridge after talks collapsed last summer.

IcFootballnews View…

We have spoken on many occasions over the past few months about the quality that Kounde has already – and if he develops like many are hoping – Chelsea will be signing a real talent

He has the ability to cope in the Premier League and if Thomas Tuchel trusts him enough, he could be one of the best in world football and be the ideal replacement for Jules Kounde

The transfer window is not that far away – so we are sure that an announcement will be coming to the fans in the near future

But hopefully for Chelsea fans – he will not be the only signing that Boehly makes in the transfer window

This Blues side need another defender – another midfielder and definitely a world class striker – it could be an exciting summer

Gallagher and Broja claim made by Tuchel…

Thomas Tuchel has opened up and confirmed that Conor Gallagher and Armano Broja will be at Chelsea for Pre-season

Broja has attracted plenty of interest from rival clubs after netting six Premier League goals for Southampton this season – with many believing that he has the potential to become a top striker in the game

Gallagher is a player that all the big clubs have been circling too with his eight goals for Palace earning him an England Call-up from Gareth Southgate earlier in the season – and many believing he could be the next Frank Lampard

There has been alot of speculation about whether or not they will be given the chances to prove themselves over at Chelsea next season – but now Tuchel says he will give them the opportunity to earn a place in the first team.

Asked if the pair will come back and be part of his squad for next season, Tuchel replied: ‘First of all they will come back, for sure, because they are our players.

‘When we give them on loan we do this for them but also for us, to have better players, more experienced players back.

‘They are our players and I want to have them in pre-season and in pre-season we will decide what’s going on.

‘It’s heavily linked to them, it’s heavily linked to how they integrate and what they do and what our ideas are for them and what they want to reach

‘And it’s heavily linked to our sanctions and the situation around the club, so it’s too early to predict the future for them and their role for the whole season, but they will be back in pre-season that’s for sure.’

This is the news that many Chelsea fans wanted to hear as they have been brilliant on loan this season

The fans will want to see some big-time players also make the move to Stamford Bridge – but they love their own and would be disappointed if the duo opted to leave on a more permanent basis

Barcelona president Joan Laporta says long-term Chelsea target Ousmane Dembele is “tempted” by a possible departure this summer

Since his move to the Spanish giants a good few seasons ago now – There has been many questions as to whether the Frenchman will ever be able to live upto the hype which prompted Barcelona to make a move and get a deal done

Numerous injuries have impact his playing time at the Camp Nou – and it has been suggested on many occasions that Barca are ready to cut their loses and let the attacker leave – but that has not happened either

However, he has looked like a player that could be one of the best as Dembele is La Liga’s assist leader with 13 from just 20 games in the Spanish league – but that hasnt stopped the rumours that Chelsea are ready to make an offer for him in the transfer window

He is out of contract at the club – and with no immediate deal on the table – it is much more likely departs the club rather than stays – even though boss Xavi has admitted he would like him to stay.

Now, Laporta has come out and told the likes of Chelsea that Dembele is tempted by a transfer move: “He wants to stay, but he is very tempted by other options that offer better conditions,” he told Catalunya Radio.

“The offer has been presented for a long time and they have asked us for time until the end of the season, next week.

“We already wanted an answer before, but we can’t force it because Dembele ends his contract. The coach and I like him. We have made a very important effort to keep him.

“I see him very comfortable. There is a good personal relationship with everyone. [Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang] has come, with him and they are very good friends.

“He has some representatives who control the situation, but I hope he stays. If not, we will strengthen that position.”

Look, Chelsea do need to add something to that attack – but is Dembele really a player they need right now?

Chelsea given green light to try and sign Sasa Kalajdzic

Chelsea transfer target striker Sasa Kalajdzic is set to leave Stuttgart this summer – the German club have announced

It is no secret that Thomas Tuchel is a boss that wants to add a striker to the squad the coming transfer window and has been linked with some superstar players.

The likes of Harry Kane, Lautaro Martinez and Robert Lewandowski are the three strikers that are seemingly wanted by the Blues, but the fact they would cost some serious money has meant that Tuchel is also looking at cheaper alternatives, leading to reports that they are keen on Kalajdzic.

The highly-rated frontman, who stands at 6ft 7 has been impressing over the past few seasons and has also caught the attentions of rivals Man United – who are also in the market for a new forward when the transfer window opens up.

Now – Chelsea have been given a real chance to sign the powerhouse after Stuttgart’s chief Sven Mislintat opened up and confirmed that the giants is all set to depart the club at the end of the season.

Hsaid to Bild about the attacker: “As things stand, we have to generate another significant transfer surplus in this summer of transfers.

“So nothing other than the renewed objective of staying in the league is realistic for me. Especially if you take into account the quality of the already determined promoted teams.

“It would be outstanding if we can keep Sasa as a player and guy in our team. However, in my estimation, this is not very likely.”

IcFootballnews View….

Kalajdzic is a giant of a striker and if Chelsea wanted to play the long-ball game – he would be perfect

But he does not suit the style of Tuchel and we would be very surprised to see him at Stamford Bridge next season

But we would not be shocked to see him in the Premier League with a lower placed club
